SeaLandAire Facilities

SeaLandAire is located in central southern Michigan. For directions see Contact Us page. SeaLandAire facilities house corporate, administrative, engineering and laboratory departments.

SeaLandAire laboratory facilities include:

• Prototype build area
• Electronic board assembly
• Electronic equipment for board testing
• Mechanical test equipment for pull and fatigue test
• Encapsulation room
• SIMMS acoustic calibrator

SeaLandAire uses outside facilities to support testing where required. Facilities that have been used include:

• University of Michigan Hydrodynamics Laboratories
• University of Michigan Aerospace Engineering Wind Tunnel
• USSI Lapel Acoustic Test Facility
• Naval Sea Systems Command Seneca Lake Sonar Test Facility

To keep up with the growth of our engineering staff and the size and number of R&D projects, SeaLandAire is currently developing building plans for a new 20,000 sq ft facility to be located in Jackson, Michigan.
